Declaration of Proper Use of the EZ Raider
Driving on the Easy Raider is allowed from the age of 16 and up.

It is mandatory to wear a helmet throughout the tour.

The instructions of the guide must be obeyed before, during and at the end of the tour.
4.
It is mandatory to stay in the field of vision of the guide for the duration of the tour.
5.
I undertake to maintain the Easy Raider and related equipment and not cause any damage to it.
6.
I am aware that any damage caused as a result of use not in accordance with the instructions of the instructor or in accordance with the safety instructions, may lead to a charge for the damage.

I understand that riding the Easy Raider requires concentration, and can be dangerous if you don't obey the safety instructions. The risks are known to me and in the event of a lawsuit against Sags or third party property, I will be charged a deductible.
8.
I declare that my health is normal and I do not suffer from any diseases that can endanger the riding.
9.
I declare that I have received a full explanation of the operation of the Easy Raider and its safe use.
10.
The rules and safety of the tour are understandable to me.
11.
I know that if I act in a way that endangers my health or the health of the other riders in the group, the guide can stop my tour and my money will not be refunded for this.
